Before joining Altschuler and Company, Karla completed a two-year brokerage rotation at Cushman & Wakefield, where she supported leasing and sales transactions and contributed to marketing initiatives across the region. She began her career in title services, giving her a practical understanding of closing processes and real estate operations.

Karla earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. She lives in North Dallas, where she enjoys boxing, strength training, tennis, and spending time with her family.
