Sam Crain is a vice president at Altschuler and Company, joining the firm in 2023. With more than 8 years of experience in commercial real estate, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. He is passionate about assisting property owners and tenants buy, sell, and lease creative office, flex, and industrial real estate, primarily in Dallas’ urban core. 

Sam graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in marketing and joins ALT+CO after spending the previous 7 years with Admora Partners. He has a proven track record of solving complex real estate transactions for his clients, who range from entrepreneurs to small and midsized businesses, to institutional investors. 

Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and playing golf with his friends. He is excited to be a part of ALT+CO and looks forward to helping the firm achieve its goals.
